Central Town Location

The accommodation at Atha Students is really impressive. The studio apartments by far exceeded anything else I have viewed in the area. They were immaculate, great quality and all of the communal areas were really fresh and clean. The cinema room is amazing and a real bonus find! Plus the guy who showed me around from Atha Developments was very informative and helpful too. Far and away the best student accommodation for miles around! Highly recommended!

Having spent a year at St James Studios, I could safely say living there felt like home. Anything you could need is in the building or literally a minute or so walk away.

Any issues I had at all were quickly sorted by the lads, as they would always make sure everything was as it should be to keep my time there as good as possible!

I would of stayed for at least another year and the only reason I haven’t stayed on is due to professional reasons!
My only wish is that I could keep the same standard of living that I had whilst at St James Studios, I would recommend to anyone who wants to live somewhere with quality at a very affordable price

St James Studios are perfect for students or a young professional. The flats are super modern and spacious. The lads are really easy to get intouch with if you have a problem and are always been happy to help. If you are a student/young prof moving to Teesside i 10000% recommend living here! (gorgous pizza shop just around the corner also)

St James Studios are hands down the best accommodation I’ve ever had, it was cozy and spacious. The landlords are incredibly kind and understanding, you genuinely can’t fault it!!

Lived in St.James Studios for over 10 months and i couldn’t recommend Atha Students enough! Both Jack and Tom went above and beyond for any enquiry I had! The studios are very modern and couldn’t fault one thing! It’s exactly what you need when your a student or if you just want a bit of independence like myself. It’s worth every penny and I’ve had the best time living here! ? thank you to both Jack and Tom!

Been in student accommodation with Atha developments in one of their St James Studio flats located on Albert Road for my final year at Teesside University. The accommodation has been exceptional and truly such a great positive experience. The flats are so well done out and to a high standard with a lot of private living space for a student flat. There is a common room with games tables and a massive TV, a cinema room which can be booked out and a study room throughout the building which can be booked out. Considering it’s in Middlesbrough town centre the building and windows keep so much noise pollution out of the rooms and the room once the window is closed is very quiet which is very pleasant for the town centre considering. Maintenance of the flats is great and the building is always maintained to high standards as well as the rooms and any technical problems that occur are resolved quickly and effectively (not that I’ve had any myself). Jack and Thomas Atha are both amazing guys and run the business very well and very professionally and couldn’t ask for a better set of land lords. Parking is located on Cleveland car park which is 24/7 security monitored with your own key pass which has been incredible for parking in the centre. Overall an amazing year in this accommodation and would highly recommend to anyone considering student accommodation in Teesside as it’s by far the most superior in the area.
